Taskbar Preview Shows Multiple Blank Windows or Tabs

After using Firefox 138.0.4 64-bit (most recent version) for a few hours I get this kind of glitch on my taskbar preview in Windows 11. Please see the image. It especially happens when I unsleep the computer and leave Firefox running I think. I have already tried a refresh and reinstall. Now I'm trying to run firefox with no extensions/addons in safe mode. If that doesn't work I'm going to start thinking something is wrong with Windows 11. Was there something in about:config I shouldn't have touched involving multiple processes? (I think that resets with a reinstall/refresh anyway) Anyone know how to make this go back to normal? I can reboot to fix it or restart explorer.exe in task manager but it comes back like this in a few hours of useage.

I'm sure I don't have anything else open. If I hover mouse over the blank "windows" I don't get any kind of tooltip and nothing changes but an X does appear. I can click it and nothing happens. Right and left clicking these windows does nothing. When I close Firefox they still remain. I closed Firefox and Firefox isn't running in the task manager anywhere, yet the blank windows remain.
